However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.f you require an exchange please complete the returns form included in your parcel and enclose it with your unwanted items within 30 days of receipt to: Roch Valley Pennine Business Park Pilsworth Rd Heywood Lancashire OL10 2TL We will happily post out a different colour or size of the same item to a UK address for free. Postage will be payable if you require a different item or additional item, or if you live outside of the UK. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 28 working days. All returns should be sent postage paid to the address above. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend that you return your goods via Royal Mail and obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returns. Returns must be sent in resalable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags still attached. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear, tights, hair accessories and makeup. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances, excluding where complete orders have been cancelled as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible. UK Standard Royal Mail First Class packet post. Delivery usually arrives within 1-3 working days. However Royal Mail advise that this service may take up to 10 working days. Excludes Bank Holidays. This is not a traceable service.
